Hair
Removal for Bikini Area
In
some places in the United States, it’s always
bikini season; hot sun, wonderful waves and
inviting beaches just waiting to be visited.
However,
|
|
some
women prefer to wear their slinky bikinis when they’ve
already removed some of the hair in their bikini areas.
The
bikini area generally is the “crotch area”; but since
some hair removal products are not to be used near
the genitals themselves, it’s safe to say that the
crotch area is region directly on top of the pubic
bone.
Say
Hello to Waxing
Yes,
waxing can be used to remove unwanted hair in the
bikini area. For men and women who’ve tried waxin
g
their arms or legs first, this idea might sound horrific.
Just imagine the strip of wax pulling all those hairs
away in one quick movement. Nevertheless, this practice
is still considered okay since many women tend to
get used to the process.
When
we refer to bikini waxing, it appears that the definition
of what the “bikini area” was already widened to include
everything that a bikini actually covers. So if you
have hairs near the bust area, that’s part of the
bikini area, too. Waxing is often used on the legs,
though you’re free to try it (if you have the courage)
near the genital area.
Types
of Bikini Waxes
Changes
in cultural values and fashion sense have given birth
to different waxing variants. For example, wearing
a microkini would require very limited hair or no
hair at all in the genital area. A French “landing
strip” would limit the hair to a small vertical strip
that emanates from the genitalia.
